processing_body.jpgLMI Aerospace operates two processing facilities in Oklahoma and Missouri supporting aerospace and defense components and our Mexicali plant supports their internal processing requirements. All 3 locations have the required customer approvals and are NADCAP certified. Our Tulsa, Oklahoma, facility is 175,000 sq. ft. with more than 130 employees dedicated to metal finishing and chemical milling.

Our finishing capacities will support products up to 15 ft. with chemical milling up to 30 ft. Our Cuba, Missouri, facility is 133,000 sq. ft. with more than 140 employees dedicated to metal finishing. Our finishing capacities will support products up to 42 ft. Both facilities operate 3 shifts with additional capacity as needed. These lines operate in conjunction with our existing lines, giving us over 100 chemical process tanks of various sizes to accommodate a wide range of processing needs. Our Oklahoma operations include an 80,000 sq. ft. distribution facility to support internal raw material and finished goods inventory. This facility provides opportunities to support kitting requirements for our customers.

Keeping these processes in-house creates a more efficient supply chain, reducing inventory, transportation and handling costs and increasing speed to market.
